We are delighted to be recruiting a Tax Manager or Assistant Manager to join the Employment Tax team within the Tax Advisory division of a growing professional services firm in Belfast. This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist team, working with a diverse portfolio of domestic and international clients across employment tax and global mobility matters.

About You
ACA and/or CTA qualified or working towards qualification
Strong academic background with a genuine interest in tax advisory
Experience within employment taxes and/or global mobility matters, including:
Reviewing personal tax returns for internationally mobile employees
Advising clients on employment tax compliance and advisory matters
Supporting cross-border employee assignments
Strong client-facing experience within a professional services environment
Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach
Ambitious, proactive, and committed to continued professional development
About Your New Role
Always
Advising clients on employment taxes, global mobility, and social security matters
Managing compliance and advisory projects for domestic and international clients
Supporting cross-border assignment projects, including A1/CoC applications, SARP, share schemes, and mobility-related matters
Working closely with senior team members to develop technical knowledge and commercial awareness
Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues within the team

Collaborating with colleagues across service lines to deliver integrated client solutions
Contributing to team training, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives
Supporting client proposals, pitches, and business development activities
