We are recruiting an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to join a growing Advisory team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven finance professional to work with a diverse portfolio of mid-market and SME clients, delivering high-quality transaction advisory services while continuing to develop their career within a progressive professional services environment.

You will manage corporate finance engagements from planning through to completion, build strong client relationships, and support the continued growth of the advisory offering.

About You

  • ACA, ACCA, CFA qualified, or equivalent.

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in corporate finance, transaction services, audit, advisory, or investment banking.

  • Strong experience managing corporate finance projects from start to finish.

  • Excellent financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.

  • Strong understanding of financial statements and commercial drivers.

  • Confident presenting findings and building relationships with senior stakeholders.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.

  • Commercially minded with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • A collaborative team player with a commitment to delivering excellent client service.About Your New Role

Always

  • Managing corporate finance engagements from initial planning through to completion.

  • Delivering advisory services across areas including financial due diligence, financial modelling, valuations, M&A, and restructuring.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

  • Preparing and reviewing financial models, reports, and transaction documents.

  • Managing client expectations and delivering a high standard of service.

  • Supporting and developing junior team members through coaching and guidance.

Often

  • Advising business owners and management teams on strategic and financial matters.

  • Supporting business development activities, including proposals and client presentations.

  • Analysing financial information and providing commercial insights.

  • Working with external stakeholders including financial institutions and professional advisers.

  • Managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

  • Keeping up to date with technical developments and industry trends.

Occasionally

  • Supporting new service initiatives and wider team growth.

  • Attending networking events and client meetings.
