This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced accountancy professional to play a key role in growing the firm’s presence across Belfast and Northern Ireland. You will manage a diverse client portfolio, provide technical leadership and support the continued development of the Accounting & Outsourcing team.

About You
ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified
Experienced within accountancy practice, accounting services or outsourcing
Strong experience managing and developing client relationships
Commercially minded, with an interest in business development
Confident managing complex accounting and technical matters
An effective leader with experience supporting and developing others
Strong knowledge of the Belfast and wider Northern Ireland business market

Deliver a high standard of client service
Identify opportunities to support client growth
Lead and develop members of the wider team

Manage a diverse portfolio of clients
Support business development and new client activity
Provide technical guidance on complex accounting matters
