About You:
Experienced Tax professional
Comfortable managing both advisory projects and compliance cycles
Proven ability to oversee a varied client base
Skilled at working alongside senior stakeholders, including Partners
Strong communicator with experience in mentoring or leading junior team members
About Your New Role:
Always:
Delivering tax advice and guidance to clients across a range of sectors and tax heads
Managing compliance requirements for both corporate and personal clients
Reporting to and collaborating closely with a Tax Partner
Often:
Leading and developing junior team members
Building long-term relationships with clients, offering strategic insight
Taking ownership of workload with minimal oversight
Occasionally:
Attending professional development events and training sessions
Contributing to internal projects and process improvement initiatives
Never:
Feeling micromanaged, as you will have the freedom to lead and innovate
Audit a pigeon’s taxes
