• Qualified Accountant

• Skilled in management and year-end accounts preparation and review

• Experienced in advisory and strategic accounting

• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities

• Excellent communicator with a client-first mindset

• Solid technical knowledge of UK GAAP and accounting systems

• Commercially minded with a focus on growth opportunities

About Your New Role:

Always:

• Acting as a trusted point of contact for a range of clients, providing clear and practical advice

• Overseeing preparation and review of management and year-end accounts

• Supporting clients with planning, reporting, and advisory work

• Collaborating with senior management to deliver high-quality outcomes

Often:

• Guiding and developing junior team members

• Building strong client relationships and offering commercial insight

• Managing your workload independently and taking initiative

Occasionally:

• Attending professional development events and training sessions

• Contributing to internal projects and process improvement initiatives

Never:

• Feeling micromanaged, as you will have the freedom to lead and innovate

• Audit a pigeon’s taxes or audit anything at all
