About You
Qualified accountant with 2–3 years post-qualified experience
Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
Proven ability to manage multiple assignments
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
Confident team leader with a proactive approach
About Your New Role
Always
Manage a portfolio of audit and accounts preparation clients
Lead audit and accounts assignments from planning through to completion
Act as key client contact for audit, accounts and compliance matters
Oversee and support development of team members
Work closely with partners on client delivery and service development
Often
Review audit and accounts files to ensure quality standards are met
Support team development and performance management
Liaise with tax, corporate finance and other service lines
Maintain and strengthen client relationships
Occasionally
Participate in business development activities
Attend senior client meetings
Contribute to process improvement initiatives

Never ignore deadlines and hope they resolve themselves without action
Sign off accounts based on “it should be fine”
