About You
Qualified tax professional (AITI/CTA or equivalent)
Experience within a professional practice environment
Strong understanding across a range of tax areas
Confident managing client relationships independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail with strong analytical ability
Self-driven with the ability to manage workload effectively
Comfortable working as part of a wider advisory team
Organised, adaptable and solutions-focused
About Your New Role
Always
Manage a portfolio of clients and deliver full tax compliance services
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Respond to client tax queries in a timely and accurate manner
Liaise with relevant authorities on client matters where required
Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient delivery of services

Support team members with technical tax matters
Assist with advisory assignments across a range of tax areas
Review client information and identify potential planning opportunities
Contribute to process improvements within the tax function

Support more complex advisory projects under guidance
Attend client meetings to provide technical input
