Senior Accountant- Practice - £42,000 - £46,000

About You 

• Recently qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA preferred)

• Strong experience preparing annual accounts and tax returns within practice

• Comfortable working with clients across a variety of sectors

• Management accounts experience is an advantage, but not essential

About your new role 

Always 

• Preparing annual and monthly accounts for clients across the UK

• Liaising with clients to gather key information and ensure accurate, timely delivery

Often

• Producing management accounts for selected clients

• Supervising junior staff and reviewing their work

• Acting as the primary contact for a small portfolio of clients

Occasionally

• Getting involved in wider projects across advisory, audit, or restructuring

• Visiting clients on-site to better understand their operations and needs

Never 

• Travelling for long audit stints

• Riding a unicycle whilst juggling
