An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Tax Senior Manager to join a leading Belfast-based firm in a purely advisory-focused role, offering hybrid working and strong exposure to high-value private client tax planning.

This position is centred entirely on delivering bespoke tax advisory services to a diverse portfolio of private clients across the UK and Ireland. You will work closely with senior leadership and clients on complex planning matters, helping to shape long-term tax strategies and outcomes.

About You:

  • CTA qualified with strong Private Client Tax experience

  • Proven background in private client tax advisory work 

  • Experience advising HNW individuals, families, or internationally connected clients across the UK and Ireland

  • Strong technical knowledge of private client tax issues including planning and structuring

  • Confident communicator with a proactive, commercial approach to advisory work

About Your New Role:

Always:

  • Deliver high-level private client tax advisory work across a varied UK and Ireland portfolio

  • Advise on complex tax planning matters including wealth structuring, succession planning, and long-term tax efficiency

  • Take ownership of client relationships, providing clear, commercial, and tailored advice

  • Work closely with experienced Directors on technically challenging advisory projects

Often:

  • Lead and develop client advisory engagements from initial scoping through to delivery

  • Identify planning opportunities and proactively shape advisory solutions

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders on complex and high-value client matters

  • Enjoy a flexible working environment with strong support from leadership

Occasionally:

  • Contribute to technical discussions and knowledge sharing across the team

  • Support wider advisory projects and strategic client initiatives

  • Engage in ongoing technical development to maintain deep subject matter expertise

Never:

  • Experiencing a lack of support, as you’ll be part of a collaborative and encouraging team
