We are recruiting a Senior Manager to join a growing and ambitious professional services team in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accountant or business services professional to take on a key leadership role, managing a varied client portfolio while supporting the continued growth of the business across Northern Ireland.
You will work with a diverse range of clients, including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, high-growth companies, and larger corporate organisations. About You
ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualified.
Previous experience in a Senior Manager or similar leadership role within accountancy, professional services, or business advisory.
Strong experience managing a varied client portfolio.
Proven business development experience and the ability to build new client relationships.
Strong knowledge of the Belfast and Northern Ireland business market.
Confident managing complex client requirements and technical accounting matters.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
Commercially minded, proactive, and driven to identify new opportunities.
A supportive and collaborative leader with experience developing and mentoring others.
Ambitious, adaptable, and motivated to contribute to the continued growth of the business.
