About You

We’re looking for someone who combines technical expertise with a proactive mindset. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Fully qualified accountant status (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

  • Strong IT and financial system skills

  • Excellent analytical and organisational capabilities

  • Clear, confident communication skills

  • The ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Experience in the construction industry (preferred but not essential)

Your Responsibilities

Always:

  • Prepare and review monthly management accounts

  • Lead annual budgets and ongoing forecasting

  • Monitor project costs, budgets and cash flow

  • Ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations

Often:

  • Provide financial insights to senior management

  • Collaborate with project teams on cost control and performance

  • Identify and implement process improvements

Occasionally:

  • Support audits and liaise with external stakeholders

  • Assist with financial planning for strategic projects

Never:

  • Miss the chance to share your ideas
