A leading international business is seeking to appoint a Head of Payroll to oversee and lead its global payroll function. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to manage multi-jurisdiction payroll operations while driving process improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.

About You
Extensive payroll management experience across multiple jurisdictions
Strong knowledge of payroll controls, compliance, and reporting
Experience managing outsourced and in-house payroll models
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Advanced Excel and payroll systems experience

Lead global payroll operations ensuring accuracy and compliance
Manage payroll controls, reporting, and reconciliations
Partner with Finance teams on payroll data and reporting
Drive payroll process improvements and system enhancements
Manage outsourced payroll providers and key stakeholders
Lead and develop the payroll team

Support reporting and forecasting activities
Deliver training and guidance to team members
