About You
Qualified accountant (CA / CIMA / ACCA)
Strong experience in financial management and reporting to senior executives
Advanced financial modelling skills
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication abilities
Confident in managing complex financial processes and stakeholder relationships
About Your New Role
Always
Prepare monthly management accounts, Board Packs, and statutory financial statements
Lead annual business planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Act as primary finance contact for auditors, investors, customers, and suppliers
Often
Oversee cash flow forecasting and report risks to stakeholders
Develop KPI dashboards for performance monitoring
Mentor and develop the finance team
Occasionally
Implement and govern Managed Service Agreements
Challenge costs, pricing, and budget adherence

Operate without oversight on compliance or financial governance
