About You
Minimum 2 years’ finance experience; at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity
Strong knowledge of general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office and finance systems
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
About Your Role
Always
Maintain and manage the general ledger, including fixed assets
Prepare journals, accruals, and adjustments
Manage bank reconciliations and purchase ledger processes
Support monthly balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with financial policies and accounting standards
Often
Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts and monitor monthly performance
Assist with month-end and year-end closings
Liaise with internal departments for accurate financial data
Identify and implement process improvements
Occasionally
Support external audits and information requests
Guide and mentor junior finance team members
Contribute to finance projects as required
