We’re delighted to be partnering exclusively with a well established international professional services group to appoint a Part Qualified Accountant to their UK finance team. About You

• Part-qualified (ACA/ACCA/CAI) with solid accounting experience

• Well organised and able to work efficiently and independently

• Confident in communicating with clients and colleagues

• Trustworthy and reliable

• Detail-focused with a proactive approach

• Friendly and personable, contributing to a positive team culture

• Experienced in processing transactions, reconciling accounts, using Sage, confirming payments, VAT, payroll, and management accounts

Your Responsibilities

Always:

• Process supplier invoices and prepare payment runs

• Maintain sales ledger and credit control

• Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow

• Process transactions for accounts, using Sage, and confirm payments

• Prepare and process VAT returns and payroll

Often:

• Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts

• Support internal reporting and ad-hoc financial analysis

Occasionally:

• Support practice administration duties

Never:

• Work long hours with no recognition

• Organise the office fuseboard
