Downey Osborne is partnering with a growing organisation to recruit an experienced Accounts Administrator. This role plays a key part in supporting the finance team, ensuring accurate processing of transactions, maintaining records, and assisting with reconciliations and month-end processes.

About You
Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident using accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
Able to work independently and collaboratively

Process invoices, payments, and expenses accurately
Support accounts payable and receivable activities
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Assist with reconciliations and month-end processes
Liaise with internal teams and suppliers as required

Produce ad-hoc reports or financial summaries
