This is an excellent opportunity to step into a busy finance function, gain valuable experience, and make a real contribution from day one.

About You
We are seeking an organised and driven finance professional who thrives in a busy, deadline-focused setting. You will bring:
Experience within a finance function, including hands-on sales ledger responsibility
Strong analytical capability with confident numerical skills
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
A high level of accuracy, alongside excellent planning and organisational ability
Your Responsibilities
Always:
Process accounts receivable invoices and maintain all aspects of the sales ledger
Carry out credit control duties, including communication with customers
Process payment receipts and ensure accurate allocation on the ledger
Perform bank reconciliations
Assist with the month-end closing process
Support the statutory audit as required
Often:
Liaise with sales and customer service teams to resolve account queries
Prepare monthly reports and commentary on accounts receivable
Provide financial information to support wider business operations
Occasionally:
Assist with ad hoc finance tasks to support the wider team
Contribute to process improvements within the finance function
Never:
Compromise on accuracy or attention to detail
Never asked to replace the water cooler with a chocolate fountain
