About Your New Role
Always
Leading the delivery of tax services to a diverse range of companies, primarily within the local market.
Supporting the Director in managing junior team members, including delegating, reviewing work, and coaching.
Ensuring all work complies with current legislation and internal quality standards.
Maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive support.
Mentoring team members and helping develop technical knowledge across the department.
Often
Providing advice on wider tax areas such as personal tax, VAT, R&D, and corporate advisory.
Partnering with the Director to offer strategic tax advisory services to clients.
Contributing to tax planning strategies to optimise clients’ financial positions.
Reviewing and implementing improvements to internal processes and procedures.
Supporting business development initiatives and helping secure new clients.
Occasionally
Visiting clients to provide a detailed overview of their tax position.
Identifying opportunities with new or existing clients to help grow the firm’s client portfolio.
Representing the firm in professional networks, events, and industry forums.
Leading special projects or ad hoc initiatives to enhance client service or internal efficiency.
Never
