About You

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)

• Strong technical accounting skills and reporting expertise

• Comfortable preparing and reviewing detailed accounts

• Experience managing multiple portfolios or projects

• Skilled in mentoring or supervising junior colleagues

• Self-motivated, organised, and effective in a remote environment

• Excellent communication skills and adaptable to changing priorities

About Your Role

Always

• Prepare, review, and provide insight on complex accounts

• Maintain robust controls, policies, and reporting standards

• Support and guide junior colleagues, acting as a senior presence

Often

• Oversee day-to-day accounting processes and reconciliations

• Manage ad hoc projects and client-focused assignments

• Contribute to improvements in workflows, processes, and reporting

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as needed

Occasionally

• Assist with special projects or new system rollouts

• Offer guidance on proposals, compliance, and process enhancements

Never

• Lose sight of the bigger picture behind the numbers

• Reply-all to the company-wide email by accident… again
