We’re looking for someone who combines technical expertise with a proactive mindset. The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in payroll administration
Strong IT skills, including payroll and HR systems
Excellent analytical and organisational capabilities
Clear, confident communication skills
The ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Experience in the manufacturing industry (preferred but not essential)
Your Responsibilities
Always:
Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Work closely with the HR team on payroll-related queries and compliance
Ensure statutory reporting and submissions are completed accurately
Support the HR team with general administrative tasks
Often:
Provide payroll insights and reports to management
Collaborate with finance and operations teams on payroll-related matters
Identify and implement process improvements
Occasionally:
Support projects involving payroll and HR systems
Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies on payroll matters
Never:
Miss the chance to share your ideas
Attempt to teach a goldfish to play chess
