We’re partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit an Accounts Payable & Payroll Administrator for their Belfast office. This permanent role offers the chance to manage supplier payments and payroll while working within a supportive, collaborative finance team.
£28,000 – £30,000
Hybrid working (2 days from home) with flexible start and finish times

About You
Previous experience in accounts payable and payroll processing
Comfortable using ERP and payroll systems
Strong IT skills, including Excel and Word
Organised with excellent attention to detail
Able to manage multiple deadlines independently
Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
Accounting qualification (e.g., IATI) desirable

Process supplier invoices accurately and post to ERP system
Reconcile supplier statements and prepare bimonthly payment runs
Support fortnightly payroll processing, including posting payroll journals
Reconcile company credit card transactions and process staff expenses
Provide financial reports and transaction information to managers as required
Often
Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve invoice queries
Prepare holiday and payroll accruals
Manage payments to authorities for statutory deductions
Support general finance administration as required

Assist with wider finance projects across departments
Apply knowledge of accounting and payroll systems to improve processes

Overlook deadlines or accuracy in financial processing
Attempt to balance a stapler on your nose during team meetings
