Your New Role Will Include:
Always:
Managing a portfolio of SME clients, with a focus on accounts preparation, compliance and client management
External audit
Reviewing and finalising financial statements, tax computations, and management accounts
Acting as a key contact for clients, offering clear, practical advice
Supporting and mentoring junior team members
Often:
Advising clients on process improvements, software, and commercial matters
Reviewing VAT and personal/corporate tax filings
Getting involved in business development conversations and internal planning meetings
Occasionally:
Assisting with project work such as due diligence or cashflow forecasting
Taking part in team training to further build your skills
Never:
Working long hours for no reason
Fighting over who last cleaned the kitchen
