Accounts Assistant (FTC)- Ballymena Area - £27,500 -£30,000

They are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join on a 12-month full-time contract, with the potential for permanency, to assist with day-to-day accounts and administrative processes.

About You:
At least 1 year of experience in a similar accounts or administrative role
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong numerical skills and proficient in Excel
Self-motivated, accurate, and hardworking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn; training will be provided where required
About Your New Role:
Always:
Handling telephone and reception duties professionally
Logging service jobs and closing them once engineers have attended
Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner
Supporting the finance and service teams with day-to-day tasks
Often:
Preparing invoices and sending account statements
Maintaining records and assisting with basic reporting
Coordinating with other team members to ensure smooth workflow
Occasionally:
Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Supporting minor process improvements within the team
Assisting with general office duties to support the wider team
Never:
Working in isolation without team collaboration
Intercept a gorilla and lion fighting.
